Building a community goes beyond tools and platforms. Last week, my friend Anamaria Dorgo challenged me for good !

Our mission is to help remote workers connect, fight isolation and find inspiration, but Anamaria’s question pushed me to refine our community pillars.

It’s not just about starting a movement, it’s about crafting a future where every (R)emote finds their purpose.

Sometimes you don’t even realise what you don’t know, and asking for help can feel daunting. Luckily, the right people often appear just when you need them.

Recently, I struggled with a drop in open rates for our newsletter and the complexities of deploying a Google-compliant email signature. Enter Rodrigo Pastoral, a Brazilian facilitator based in Porto who, without hesitation, guided me through digital marketing tactics and DNS setups.

Not only did Rodrigo save the day, but he also became the first member of our Circle HUB before its official launch !

…together, you go further. With just Clotilde, Adrien, and Maeva (🤖), we’ve built a content factory in under a year—delivering webinars, workshops, and beautiful templates to empower creators and (R)emotes alike.

Looking ahead, as we prepare for 2025, our focus will shift toward co-designing the future of this vibrant community. From launching the Circle HUB in December to running co-construction workshops on Purpose, Principles, and Practices, we’re creating a foundation to support premium content, mentoring sessions, and collaborative projects.
