Winter is here and this edition is a heartfelt message, inspired by words from a dear partner who reminded us of what really matters : the teams we lean on, the work that excites us, and the spaces where we can grow.

As the year comes to a close, we look back with gratitude at the boundaries we pushed, the lessons we learned, and the friendships we formed. From forging new ways of working to finding joy and meaning in what we do, we’ve grown into a community that believes in possibility. Let’s step into 2025 ready to dream bigger and create positive change, together.

Our brand-new Circle community hub also went live, creating a single, vibrant place for all (R)emotes to connect, share resources, and collaborate across borders.

In Q4, we accelerated our newsletter, powered by beehiiv, and introduced fresh workshop formats alongside Marion Zoé Puertas : the response has been phenomenal.

We have welcomed over 1,100 new subscribers since April, unlocked our first paid subscriptions, and tested out sponsor partnerships that fund our community platforms (think licenses, events, and tech tools).

Meanwhile, our remote gatherings caught Miro’s attention. We integrated R GENERATION’s achievements with the Miro MVP program, and surprise ! We found ourselves TOP 3 community events host and in the TOP 1% of Miro users.

From workshops and jam sessions to community sprints, we’ve proven that remote collaboration can be truly limitless when powered by the right mindset and tools.

This quarter, we kicked off the Pioneers Team 101—a tight-knit group of around 10 members from across the globe (Mexico, the US, Portugal, Indonesia, and beyond). Why is this such a big milestone ? Because Team 101 isn’t just another meetup; it’s the beating heart of our community’s next chapter.

Under the banner “Shaping the Foundation of Our Community Overview,” we’re hosting three dynamic workshops to define our collective vision, purpose, and engagement model. Team 101 members get to co-create the blueprint for how we’ll collaborate, grow, and innovate in the months ahead. More than a series of brainstorms, it’s an opportunity to leave your mark on the very DNA of R GENERATION and help forge a space that fosters true collaboration and growth for everyone.

We’re rolling out a coherent membership journey to support the continued development of our community — starting from curious event followers and newsletter readers, all the way to co-creators in our Pioneers Team 101. Expect premium content, ad-free newsletters, exclusive workshops, and advanced training modules. By subscribing, members not only unlock deeper resources but also help fund the platforms, tools, and experiences that keep our (R)emote ecosystem thriving.

Next up, we’re joining forces with ADP List to launch a robust community mentoring platform within our hub. From 1:1 career guidance to group mentorship circles, this collaboration will give every (R)emote a chance to learn from and give back to peers across the world.
